Go to the App Store on your Apple device and get, then install Aloha Browser (free) by Aloha Mobile.

 

 

1. Go to your ORDER email. Press and hold the underlined download link. Select COPY.

2. Open Aloha Browser and hold, then release address bar. Select PASTE and GO.

3. Select DOWNLOAD.

4. Go to downward arrow (top right of screen) to view download progress.

5. Tap the file. Click OK to extract files. A folder with Class Name is created. Tap a file to play recording.

6. Your downloaded files can always be found here (downward arrow icon).

7. Once you have confirmed the files were unzipped successfully, you can return to the BOX ZIP icon in FILES and delete it so only the unzipped folder remains.

8. To delete the zipped box file, press the three horizontal bars next to it, then select DELETE and confirm OK.

 

Reminder:

Back up the app data, the purchased recordings, to your iCloud (or other) drive.
